Well, the coaches don’t just have the running experience to train they also know all the tricks we play and had the right tools to set us thinking in the right direction! Without me knowing they changed my mindset and I realized it only when I crossed the 10k mark.

Every time I used to see a runner , I used to get envious. Since joining FF group 2 years ago, I have run 3 half marathons. I just love running now and have developed another habit of listening to podcasts. Now when I see a fellow runner, I feel proud of myself that I am also a runner.
I heard Sonali for the first time telling everyone that anyone can run and not just 5K distance; one can even run a half and a full marathon! My heart was sinking and all I could imagine was myself into all sorts of leg and knee pain. But I listened to my brain instead and signed up for my first training for a half marathon.
